The therapeutic approach to keratoconus has been revolutionized with the introduction of corneal crosslinkg and new intra-stromal ring implants; sometimes, however, the visual results are frustrating for the surgeon and the patient. In this presentation, find out how to fit and overcome the difficulties in fitting rigid lenses after crosslinking and after intrastromal implants, and recover the patients’ vision with the mastery that only contact lenses allow.
