Keratoconus is characterized by being a bilateral and above all progressive disease. In turn, it is related to structural changes in collagen that can lead to corneal thinning, progressive myopia and irregular astigmatism that result in a significant loss of vision in our patient. In this presentation we will address keratoconus in pediatric age. They will talk about the diagnosis, medical and surgical treatment, visual rehabilitation in collaboration with the optometry service and ending with a clinical case of a pediatric patient with advanced keratoconus.
