Dr. Choo joined Menicon Co. Ltd in 2011 and currently serves as Global Director for Menicon’s Specialty Lens Division. She has been involved with specialty lenses her entire career as she had previously led both Corneal Implant and Orthokeratology research at the Brien Holden Vision Institute (BHVI) in Sydney, Australia. Dr. Choo obtained her BSc from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada, her OD from Pacific University in Portland, USA and her PhD from the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia. She has presented extensively overseas and is a recipient of several research awards including the prestigious American Academy of Optometry William C. Ezell Fellowship. Dr. Choo is also an Adjunct Professor of Optometry at Pacific University as well as a past Advisory Board Member for the Pennsylvania College of Optometry.
