面向中国公众的链接(点击图片进入大会) 近视是重要的公共卫生问题,已有多种干预措施延缓近视的进展。其中,角膜塑形镜(orthokeratology, ortho-k)已在临床上广泛应用,并且被证实对近视的控制有效。然而,OK镜疗效存在个体差异,有哪些因素会影响OK镜的疗效,应该如何进行优化呢?根据既往研究,优化角膜塑形镜近视防控的有效性,可通过三个方向,首先可增加Jesson因子,第二个方向是减小光学区直径,第三个方向是将OK镜与阿托品滴眼液联合使用。对OK镜进行优化,值得进一步更深入的探索。 Myopia has been widely recognized as an important public health issue.
